Suspected separatist fighters have killed a man in Bamunka, chief town of Ngoketunjia division, North West region of Cameroon.
Peter Njakah, a member of the vigilante group in Ndop was kidnapped on Sunday and beheaded yesterday after he was suspected for leaking information to state officials in the locality.
In an audio that is circulating on social media platforms, a certain “General Fire” claims responsible for the killing.
Separatist Fighters in the division have warned to kidnap and kill anyone who tries to betray their struggle, either night-watch persons, religious leaders or civilians.
The number of kidnaps and killings have become rampant in this locality since the escalation of the crisis in 2016.
