Anglophone Crisis: Government Military Kill Five In Abangoh

At dawn on Saturday, July 15, 2023, government soldiers in Bamenda’s Abangoh neighbourhood massacred five unarmed citizens.

According to reports, the military entered a compound in that neighbourhood and started shooting at the villagers.

The reason the five teenagers were killed has not yet been determined.

In the two unresting anglophone districts of Cameroon, incidents like this have become common. Young people are slaughtered without reason and nothing is done to stop perpetrators of this heinous acts.
