One person has been confirmed infected with Cholera, a deadly pandemic in the South West region
According to a press release signed by Doctor Ngund Mathias from the Buea health district, he said there is an outbreak of cholera in the district since January 29
The medical practitioner has said laboratory tests have confirmed one positive case amongst the suspected cases on January 31.
Doctor Ngund has warned the population to avoid eating food from the roadsides, and counsel them to carefully wash their hands before and after using the toilet
It is important to note that, this is not the first time cases of the pandemic are being traced in Cameroon
