Prominent MRC Politician, Celestine Djamen Shot In Douala

Celestine Djamen, an MRC Politician has been rushed to the hospital after he was shot early today in Douala.

Mr Djamen recently resigned from the SDF to join MRC and was a serving councilor at the Douala V council.

Prominent within the Cameroon Renaissance Movement, Djamen had supported the party after he parted ways with the SDF.

He was shot during a phase two protest organised by MRC today January 26 in Douala.

At he moment of this report, he had been rushed to the hospital for urgent treatment.
