While the Limbe city council prepares to host her annual prestigious cultural gathering, the interim government has through her communication secretary, Chris Anu declared a 9 days lockdown to combat the activities of the Limbe festival of arts and culture, FESTAC .
The lockdown is received with mixed feelings as it is the second organised in less than 3 months.
