GADDAFI’S SON, SAIF AL-ISLAM GADDAFI FREED UNDER AMNESTY?SEE FULL STORY

Few hours ago, Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi is said to have been released under an amnesty. The son of Late Col. Muammar Gadafi believed to be his father’s successor was held by a Zitan group for over six years. He had been sentenced to death by a Tripoli court but the group refused handing him over.

Though false reports circulated about Saif’s released, the group officialy announced his release on Saturday through a press release on their Facebook page by Abukr Al-siddiq revealing his release was an act of parliament.

Saif Al-Islam is also wanted by the I.C.C for crime against humanity during his father’s unsuccessful rebellion attempts.

The victim 44 year old who was captured in November 2011 was known for building relations with the west and considered a reforming son of his late father.
