Cameroon: Senator Vows To Return From Medical Treatment Only On personal Demands Requested

In a letter addressed to the Senate Presiden on March 1, 2023, the secretary general at the Cameroon Senate, Michel Mava’a Meboutou, revealed that inorder for him to return to the country certain conditions must be met.

These conditions include renting a plane to fly him directly from Paris to Yaounde, full payment of money promised for his personal expenses especially that of the month of March 2023, into his son’s account, Abolo Roger Polycarp.

The 83 year old equally requested that a mission order be sealed to authorize his personal secretary to assist him during his trip back to the country.

The Senate SG was evacuated to Switzerland for treatment and expected to return to the country on March 10, betwixt the first ordinary session of the Senate which began last week.
