Chief Justice Ayah Paul Abine who was arrested on the 21st of January 2017 in connection to the Anglophone crisis has now been given a second convocation to the Buea police station.
He was tried at the Yaoundé military tribunal together with some members of the banned Cameroon Anglophone Civil Society Consortium(CACSC) in relation to the civil unrest in the two English speaking regions of Cameroon.
Earlier today, ARREYB News Reports got information from spokesman to the Ayah family that Mr. Ayah Paul Abine was once more issued a convocation at his residence in Buea, capital of the South West region by some strange group of men.
They requested that he reports at the Buea police station tomorrow 09-08-2018 for questioning about an ongoing investigation which has not been made known to him.
It should be noted that it was the same situation that preceded the arrest of the former chief justice in Yaoundé by state agents while he was serving as a supreme court judge in Yaoundé.
He is expected to appear at the police tomorrow and many are anxious to see the reason for the convocation.
