Caught during a street march, temporarily detained but freed alongside 42 others (according to BBC), firebrand lawyer, Barrister Michelle Ndoki of MRC has today December 4, faced the Court of First Instance in Bonanjo, Douala.
The court has dropped charges against Barrister Ndoki and all those who were charged for “disturbing public order” after the staged anti-electoral fraud protest which led to thier arrest in Douala.
The MRC party supporter is now free and has no legal proceedings against her.
