Caught during a street march, temporarily detained but freed alongside 42 others (according to BBC), firebrand lawyer, Barrister Michelle Ndoki of MRC will tomorrow December 4, face the Court of First Instance in Bonanjo, Douala.
Mme Ndoki whose arrest sparked fire and spread across the nation is charged for “disturbing public order” after the staged anti-electoral fraud protest which led to her arrest in Douala.
CNT reports that she would appear in court with a team of 10 lawyers on her defense.
Her summon comes few weeks after she defended Prof. Maurice Kamto at the constitutional council in his appeal for partial cancellation of presidential electorial results .
