Two persons have been shot to death in Bamenda by a man reported to be a government military soldier
Eye witnesses of the February 22 incident said Talla Ibrahim, owner of Mawa hotel in Bamenda and Nche Harry, a worker with Eneo were shot around Ayaba hotel
“The incident resulted from a quarrel while they were drinking together” a witness said in an account although authorities are yet to clearly reveal what transpired
The military, reports say, was on guard at the hotel when the incident occurred
The government is yet to announce a sanction on the shooting of Talla and Nche
Family sources of Talla Ibrahim said the popular business tycoon went to wash his car, as he always does.
Talla Ibrahim is well known in the town for owning one of the best and renowned hotels in the town. The native from Donga Mantung is said to have grown from grass to grace
