Bamenda : City Mayor Order Traders To Open Shops On Mondays

The city mayor of Bamenda, Paul Achobong has ordered business persons in the town especially at the market to defy fear and carry on their activities on Mondays.

Speaking on December 23, 2020 at the Bamenda groundstand, Achobong in his speech declares 2021 as a year of no ghost town.
“Enough is enough, no more ghost town,” mayor Achobong said.

The mayor however says any business person who refuses to open his/her shop on Mondays will be considered as Amba.

This is not the first time mayor Achobong is denouncing the respect of ghost town in the city.

Can business persons respect the mayor and dare separatist fighters?
