Santa Council now mourns the death of their beloved Mayor, Khan Elroy who passed away early this morning.
He was on sports when he collapsed and died after suffering a cardiac arrest.
Mayor Khan Elroy had taken part in a public workshop meeting yesterday in Bambui. The picture above is said to be his last photo taken in yesterday’s session.
The Mayor who served as president of United Councils and Citiies of Cameroon, UCCC, North West chapter also doubled as a Senior Pastor in the Synagogue House Of Prayer For All Nations (SHOPAN)
He also worked in Wum,Menchum Division where he served as Divisional Treasurer and later promoted to Treasurer Pay Master for the North West Region
Mayor Khan is noted for his early morning sports along New Road Bamenda, towards the the GRA.
He got married at the age of 25 , though he lost is wife some 3 years ago.
Testimonials say the “Preaching-Mayor” lived an outstanding life worth emulating. May his soul rest in peace!
