The Conciliation and Arbitration Chamber of FECAFOOT has banned 24 football, Futsal, Beach soccer referees and Assistant referees from refereeing activities over the entire national territory.
Their suspension is due to their direct or indirect involvement in match betting, fraud, and transactions involving football, Futsal and Beach soccer.
The information carrying their suspension notice was contained in a release on Friday June 30, 2023, by the president of the Chamber, Stephane Foko Kamga.
According to the release, the referees mentioned will be sued in front of the Cameroon Football Federation’s competent court.
