The National Youth President for the National Front for the Salvation of Cameroon (FSNC) Abbo Yep has been apprehended for sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl.
Abbo was caught in Ngaoundere, Adamawa region of Cameroon by gendarmerie officers on June 8, 2023.
Sources say in an attempt to mute the case, the delegate offered the sum of 1 million Francs to the young girl’s family which they rejected and insisted on legal proceedings against him.
The youth leader of Issa Tchiroma’s political party who doubles as the departmental delegate for employment alb NG. and vocational training is currently in gendarme custody.
Meanwhile, the little girl is presently receiving medical treatment.
