While Ngomo Horace Manga, an Associate Professor of Applied Chemical Engineering obtained from the University of Lagos in 1990 replaces Prof Nalova Lyonga as new Vice Chancellor of the University of Buea, the government of the Republic of Cameroon has deviced a new modus operandi to promote all Anglophone pupils and students. According to a source that spoke to us earlier, first and second sequence exams might be used to promote students to next classes in order to enable school resumption in September.
