A lady has been arrested, after she reportedly faked her own kidnap and collected money from her husband.
The woman whose name ARREYB Media could not immediately get, teamed up with a gang, staged a video of her in the hands of kidnappers in Batouri, East region.
It is reported that her husband later secured her release with the sum of 800, 000frs CFA.
Police later investigated the incident and trapped her accomplices before they revealed the secret.
She is presently in the hands of security officials, awaiting charges and hearing.
