A Man in his 60s has been caught and put under custody after sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl in Douala, Littoral region of Cameroon.
Information from the victim has it that the elderly man drew closer and started inserting his fingers into her vagina.
After hearing this testimony from the little girl, the angered population pounced on the perpetrator who was only saved due to gendarme interference.
The 60-year-old man was taken to the gendarmerie station and placed under detention while the young girl has been carried to a health facility for medical observation.
