Iconic singer Tina Turner aged 83 is no more after a long illness in her home in Kusnacht near Zurich, Switzerland.
Tina had suffered ill health in recent years, being diagnosed with intestinal cancer in 2016 and having a kidney transplant in 2017.
She is known as the pioneering rock and roll star who became a pop behemoth in the 1980s.
