An attack by unidentified attackers at Nacho junction in Bamenda, North West Region of Cameroon, has left 9 people dead.
A source recounted, “We were in a pub when some armed men stormed the area and started shooting.”
According to accounts, both male and female citizens are among the victims. Seven persons died on the spot while three have been rushed to the hospital under critical conditions.
At this time, neither the reasons for the heinous act nor its perpetrators are known.
This comes just after government forces in Bamenda killed five young citizens.
A few moments ago, thesame vicious assault happened, leaving three other people in severe conditions.
