Bobi Wine, an opposition presidential candidate in Uganda says a government military truck ran over one of his body guards on Sunday.
“I regret to announce the murder of my security team member Francis Senteza Kalibala aka Frank. He was deliberately ran over by military-police truck,”
The politician announced on twitter, adding that Frank was rushing a journalist to the hospital when the incident occurred.
According to DW news, Ugandan military have said Wine’s guard was not the targeted.
