Suspected Seperatist Fighters Burn Brasserie’s Truck In Santa

A truck that belonged to a brewery company, Brasseries Du Cameroun has been burned at Santa, North West region of Cameroon.

The incident happened on Saturday July 4 in the early hours of the morning when the truck left Bafoussam and was on its way to Bamenda for supply.

Ndeku Boniface, driver and his motor boy were Kidnapped and taken to an unknown location as the truck was set to near ashes.

Since the escalation of the crisis in 2016 separatist fighters have warned the consumption of Brasserie products in the Anglophone regions, terming it ‘ contrabands’.

Countless number of vehicles belonging to Brasserie, Amour Mezam, road workers and private own have been destroyed along the Babadjou-Bamenda stretch of road since the escalation of the crisis.
