A 21 year-old final year student of the University of Buea has ended her own life after an alledged breakup with her boyfriend on the evening March 23, 2023.
Reports say the young girl by name Leki Precious consumed rat poison after she caught her boyfriend cheating with her best friend.
She was found screaming and vomiting blood and was rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately all attempts to save her life were in vein.
It remains unclear if she took her life after she caught her boyfriend cheating or just because of the breakup given that she was pregnant.
